The special wave crest and wave trough design of the corrugated tube can effectively destroy the velocity boundary layer of the gas, increase disturbance, and form additional vortices; in addition, due to the continuous mutation of the tube section when the fluid in the tube flows, the fluid can also form inside and outside the tube. Strong disturbance, which greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchange tube, which is 2-3 times higher than the traditional tube.
Large heat transfer area
Due to the unique waveform design of the bellows, a unique corrugated surface is formed inside and outside the tube, which not only improves the heat transfer coefficient, but also expands the heat transfer area. Compared with ordinary tubes, its heat transfer area is more than 1.5 times that of traditional tubes when the length and diameter (middle diameter) are the same.
Not easy to scale and clog
