Product Description

Ordering Instructions

1. Customers can select the appropriate fan model according to the Performance Parameters of Axial - flow Fans for Cooling. Alternatively, they can provide technical requirements such as fan diameter, air volume, air pressure, power, noise level, and usage environment. Our company's technical personnel will assist in model selection based on test data.
2. For fans with an impeller diameter less than or equal to 3000mm, the complete unit can be provided. For fans with an impeller diameter greater than 3000mm, the components will be provided, and on - site installation guidance will be offered.
3. Customization can be made according to customers' special requirements, such as explosion - proof motors, FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) casings, stainless - steel casings, etc.
4. Ordering scope: complete units, or impellers, or impellers and transmission components.

Usage Instructions

1. Pre - operational Preparations for the Fan
1.1 Manually rotate the impeller at least one full turn to ensure that there is no interference between the impeller and the
surrounding structures.
1.2 Move the belt by hand to make the transmission system rotate several turns. The rotation should feel smooth and unhindered.
1.3 Ensure that there are no tools left at the fan installation site.
1.4 Connect the power supply to the motor after confirming that everything is normal.
1.5 Jog the motor to check the rotation direction of the impeller.
1.6 The interval between frequent startups should be no less than 10 minutes to avoid impacting the fan and affecting its service life.

2. Fan Maintenance
2.1 After the fan has been running for the first 48 hours, stop the machine and check whether the fasteners of all fan components are loose. If any looseness is detected, retighten them.
2.2 The working site where the fan operates should be kept clean to prevent debris from being sucked into the fan and damaging the blades.
2.3 Regularly remove the dirt on the surface of the blades and check for any damage to the blades.
2.4 Add No. 3 lithium - base grease to the belt reducer every three months. For the gear reducer, replenish the gear oil every month and replace it every six months. (When the ambient temperature is below - 15°C, low - temperature grease or low - temperature lubricating oil should be used.)
2.5 Regularly adjust the tension of the drive belt, and check its degree of wear and aging. Replace it if the situation is severe.
2.6 If the fan is out of service for less than two months, the drive belt should be kept loose. If the planned downtime is more than two months, remove the drive belt and store it in the warehouse.

3. Maintenance and Use of the Drive Belt
3.1 Operation Process for Belt Replacement:
3.1.1 Before operation, make sure your clothing is appropriate to avoid hair, gloves, clothes, etc. from being caught in rotating components such as belt pulleys.
3.1.2 Confirm that the power supply has been cut off, rotating components like pulleys have stopped rotating, and there are protective covers around the pulleys.
3.1.3 Open the pulley protective cover, loosen the fasteners that adjust the center - distance between the two pulleys, reduce the center - distance to make the belt loose, and then remove the old belt.
3.1.4 Put on the new belt that needs to be replaced. When replacing the new belt, confirm the following points: Confirm that the specifications of the new belt are the same as those of the old belt. Select belts with the same single - belt length for matching use. (New and old belts cannot be used in the same set.)
3.1.5 Adjust the belt tension bolts to make the belt tensioned to an appropriate state, and then tighten the fixing bolts. Check whether each belt is fully installed in the pulley groove.
3.1.6 After installing the protective cover, start the machine for a trial run and then check whether the belt is functioning
properly. (Tighten the new belt once after it has run for 1 hour, and tighten it a second time after running for 3 to 5 hours.
Otherwise, the service life of the belt will be affected.)

4. Precautions for Belt Replacement Operation
4.1 Do not cut the old belt with a knife, scissors, etc. when the belt is tensioned, to avoid injury caused by the belt snapping
back.
4.2 Before installing the new belt, check whether the end faces of the two pulleys are aligned. Adjust them to an aligned state if they are not, before installing the belt.
The maximum axial deviation between the driving shaft and the driven shaft should not exceed 0.5°.

After tightening the tapered sleeve, use a checking ruler to check whether the pulleys are in the same plane. (Note: First, check whether the surface widths of the pulleys are the same. Differences in rim widths must be taken into account.)Dlzf-10 3kw 720rpm Low Noise Multi-Specification High Strength Fiber Blades 380V Industrial Cooling Tower Axial Fan
4.3 When replacing the new belt, the center - distance between the two pulleys must be reduced so that the belt can be easily put onto the pulleys. Do not use a crowbar to force the belt into the pulley groove when the belt is tensioned, as it may cause premature damage to the belt.

5. Regular Maintenance of the Belt
5.1 Regularly inspect the running belt. After the machine is stopped, check whether the belt is in an appropriate tensioned state. If the belt has become loose, adjust the pulley to retighten the belt.
5.2 Regularly inspect the pulley grooves after the machine is stopped, and make sure that there is no foreign matter in the
grooves and the surfaces of the pulley grooves are smooth without roughness.

6. Common Fault Causes and Troubleshooting Methods of Fans

Fault Causes Troubleshooting Methods
Fan vibration and abnormal noise 1. Slight rubbing between the impeller and the air duct during rotation Readjust the clearance between the blade tip and the air duct
2. Bolts connecting the fan to the foundation are not tightened Tighten the connecting bolts
3. The stiffness of the foundation or base is insufficient or insecure Identify the cause, carry out appropriate reinforcement and strengthen support
4. The balance weight falls off after impeller maintenance Re - balance the impeller
5. The installation angles of the blades are inconsistent Readjust the angles
6. Dirt adheres to the blade surface Clean the blade surface
7. The bearing in the bearing block is damaged Replace the bearing
Excessive motor operating current 1. The blade angle is too large Reduce the blade installation angle
2. Faults in the motor itself Identify the cause
3. Low voltage Identify the cause
4. Phase - loss in the input power supply Identify the cause
Insufficient air volume 1. The blade angle is too small Increase the blade angle within the allowable range of the motor power
2. The belt is too loose, resulting in a low impeller rotation speed Adjust the belt tension
3. The rotation direction of the impeller is wrong Adjust the rotation direction of the fan
4. The on - site system resistance is higher than the designed resistance Re - match the fan operating point
